Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Clod Coffee! We are dedicated to roasting and delivering the freshest coffee possible straight to your doorstep. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Roast & Dispatch Schedule
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches.

Roast Days: We typically roast every Wednesday.

Processing Time: Orders are generally packed and dispatched Every Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We ship nationwide across Malaysia using reliable local couriers (e.g., DHL eCommerce, J&T Express, or PosLaju).

Peninsular Malaysia: Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Rates:

Peninsular Malaysia: Flat rate of RM 10 (Free shipping on orders above RM 200).

East Malaysia: Calculated at checkout based on weight.
3. Johor Bahru (JB) Local Pickup & Same-Day Delivery
Because we are proudly based in Johor Bahru, we offer local options for our nearby coffee community:

Self-Pickup: Available at our roastery. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you via email/SMS when your fresh roast is ready.
4. International Shipping (including Singapore)
Yes, we cross the causeway! We ship to Singapore and select international destinations.

Singapore Delivery: Typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
Coffee is a perishable product, and we take great care in packaging it securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at bentheclod@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging. We will sort it out for you right away!
