Tired of drinking the same coffee twice? Because our green coffee menu rotates rapidly and we roast in ultra-small batches, our shelves are constantly changing. We don’t let amazing coffees sit around—and we want you to experience them all.

With the Mystery Box, you leave the curation to us. You'll receive two completely different bags of our freshest light roasts, hand-picked by the roaster team the moment you order.

-The Sizes: Standard bags are 150g-200g each. However, if our roasters decide to treat you to an ultra-rare, top-tier lot (like a competition-grade Geisha or rarer processing/varietal), it will arrive as a precious 100g micro-allocation.

-The Rule: No repeats. Your next box will always be a brand new flavor adventure.

-The Freshness: Roasted to order.

-✍️ Custom Requests & Dealbreakers: Have a specific craving or something you want to avoid? Drop us an email right after you place your order (e.g., "I'd love something super floral" or "Please, no heavy funk"). We will always do our absolute best to fulfill your exact requests. If a specific bean isn't on the shelf, our roasters will personally select the closest, most delicious replacement for you.
