Seasonal Brazilian - Sitio Dois Irmaos (natural)

Sitio Dois Irmãos is a high-altitude coffee farm in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, managed by 4th-generation producer and agronomist Gabriela Baracat Sanchez and the Vilas Boas family.

Originally tomato farmers, they transitioned to specialty coffee in 2000. This Red Catuai undergoes natural processing, where cherries are sun-dried on patios to concentrate sugars, developing a naturally sweet and creamy profile.

Expect lively chocolaty and nutty notes with hints of dried sweet fruits.
